We were greeted by a really warm welcome upon our arrival and a place to park our car. Perfectly situated for everything in Keswick. Very comfortable room and fantastic breakfast choices. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommend. - Helen P
Stayed here Saturday till Monday Paul and Nicky very welcoming. Had a lovely room 5 spotless and everything in it that we needed fresh milk and bottled water in fridge plus tea and coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was delicious great choice of cereals and my wife loved the porridge. Fresh orange juice was lovely and great selection of hot food prepared fresh when you ordered I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast a credit to Paul and Nicky. and will return again for a break- Alex and Jackie b
We stayed for a week and had a lovely time. Paul does a great breakfast and Nicky (and her mum)make great cakes for the lounge, which is just what you need with your cup of tea after a walk around the lake, which is in walking distance of the house. The town is great with a large choice of bars and restaurants, but they also can provide dinner too. - Emily
